1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OA Funded's services, you ("Trader," "User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
OA Funded LLC ("OA Funded," "we," "us," "our") operates an evaluation-based proprietary trading program that provides access to simulated trading environments for educational and skill assessment purposes.
1.2 Service Description
OA Funded provides access to proprietary trading evaluation programs, simulated trading environments using demo accounts, and performance-based evaluation services. OA Funded does NOT provide real capital trading accounts, investment advice, or brokerage services.

OA Funded operates using Propsuite's platform infrastructure. While all decisions are made by OA Funded, some execution depends on third-party systems.
1.7 White-Label Technology Infrastructure
OA Funded operates using third-party white-label technology providers that control platform infrastructure, payment processing, and payout execution mechanisms. While OA Funded retains decision-making authority, the execution depends on infrastructure outside our direct control.
2. TRADING RULES & EVALUATION CONDITIONS
2.1 Evaluation Structure
Phase 1 (Evaluation): Profit Target 8%, Max Drawdown 8% (Static), Daily Loss 5%, Min Trading Days 3. No Time Limit.
Phase 2 (Verification): Profit Target 5%, Max Drawdown 8% (Static), Daily Loss 5%, Min Trading Days 2. No Time Limit.
2.3 Risk-Based Trading Behavior Standards
Excessive Risk Concentration Prohibited. Traders may not engage in trading behavior that places a disproportionate amount of account equity at risk in a single trade or series of trades, including "all-in" position sizing designed to pass an account in one event.
2.6 News Trading Restrictions
Traders may not open new positions within five (5) minutes before or after high-impact economic news events (e.g., NFP, GDP, CPI). Existing positions may be held.

EA trading requires prior written approval from OA Funded before use. Email [email protected] with your EA name and strategy. Unauthorized EA use is a hard breach of your trading conditions.
2.7 Automated Trading
Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated systems are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by OA Funded prior to deployment.
3. PAYOUT POLICY
Payouts are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may extend to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances. Payouts are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Default profit split is 80/20. All payouts are processed through third-party payment providers.
5. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent account termination. If you have a payment issue please contact [email protected] first.
All fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach, resulting in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OA Funded's maximum liability is capped at 6 months of fees paid by the trader.
OA Funded's services are provided "AS IS". Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the trader in the six (6) months preceding the event.

Any legal claims against OA Funded must be made within 1 year of the issue occurring.
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our registered jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction in relevant courts. Statute of limitations for claims is one (1) year.
