Prop Firm Daily Loss Limit Calculator

Enter the verified daily reference, loss-limit percentage and net daily P/L. The calculator shows the reference allowance and remaining amount in a simple fixed-reference model.

Daily Loss Calculator

Determine how much daily loss allowance remains given a reference balance and today's P/L. A negative P/L represents a loss. If remaining allowance hits zero, the boundary is reached.

This is a demonstration model. Results are illustrative and do not constitute financial advice, guarantees, or account decisions.

Formula

Allowance = reference × limit percentage. Remaining allowance = allowance + net daily P/L, where a loss is negative. A $100,000 reference with a 5% limit and minus $2,000 net P/L leaves $3,000.

What to include

Use the provider’s definition of net daily P/L, including open losses and costs when required. Confirm reset time and reference basis. This generic tool does not infer those details from an OA Funded percentage.
